Make Sure Your Travel-Size Toiletries Are the Right Size Required by TSA

It is important to verify that travel-size toiletries come in the correct sizes when you intend to carry them onto an airplane. If you accidently purchase sizes larger than the allowed amount, TSA will require you to discard them or to check your bag before being allowed through screening. In order to avoid this potential issue, you need to make sure each liquid, aerosol, and gel is 3 ounces or less. Even if there is only 3 ounces or less in a larger container, you could be prevented from taking it through the screening area.

In addition to the size requirements for travel-size toiletries, you are limited to a set quantity. You are allowed to fit as many items into a one quart clear zipping bag as possible. During the screening process, you have to remove the bag from your carry-on and have it screening separately. Any excess items beyond the one quart bag limit are not allowed. However, if you are traveling with your spouse or children, each person in your traveling party is permitted to have their own one quart bag.

You are able to find all of the products you require for travel directly from our online store, here at Cheap Travel Sizes. All of our items meet the current TSA guidelines for aerosols, liquids, and gels. We only feature brand name products that all arrive with at least an 18 month expiration window, and we never stock close-outs, discontinued items, or off-brands. In addition, we offer free shipping on any orders over $20, and the ability to earn extra percentages off your order for meeting set amounts on top of our already low wholesale prices.
